What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for handling user support requests and system issues.
• Investigate, replicate, and clearly document bugs and data irregularities.
• Perform manual testing of new features, fixes, and updates to ensure quality before release.
• Create and maintain test cases, release notes, and user support documentation.
• Collaborate with developers to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor data accuracy and consistency within the MySQL database.

Requirements

• Background in support, quality assurance, or testing within a software or data-focused setting.
• Good knowledge of manual testing processes and bug tracking.
• Basic skills in SQL (ideally MySQL) for data exploration and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience testing web front-end applications, especially those built with Vue.js.
• Familiarity with issue-tracking tools like JIRA or GitHub Issues.
• Understanding of financial systems and internal operational tools.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
