TL;DR

What you will do

• Prepare and execute E2E, UAT, system integration, and non-regression test cycles, focusing on cross-system dependencies.
• Analyze business requirements and process flows to design structured test scenarios and scripts.
• Perform rigorous data quality and integrity checks after data mocks and production migrations.
• Manage defect logs in Jira and coordinate with the Migration Team and developers for resolution.
• Facilitate communication between finance, business users, and technical teams to define scope and priorities.
• Monitor overall testing progress and support cutover readiness for go-live.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience strictly within the Fintech or Financial Services sector.
• Direct, hands-on experience testing within Salesforce and SAP environments.
• Purely Manual / Functional Testing background.
• Availability to officially start no later than June 1st, 2026.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Functional understanding of SAP BRIM or complex billing system integrated environments.
• Strong familiarity with Agile delivery models and Jira.
• Experience with formal UAT governance and business testing coordination.
• Background in data migration testing or financial process reconciliation.
