What you will do

  • Manage and coordinate distribution partners to align with company strategy and review business KPIs.
  • Develop annual bottom-up business plans covering distribution, volume, investments, and sales forecasts.
  • Provide execution training and coaching to partner field teams through regular trade visits.
  • Implement systems to track partner performance and execute incentive programs for sales representatives.
  • Manage regional budgets for incentives, POS, and free goods while utilizing business intelligence reports.
  • Ensure a sustainable Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and enforce company inventory policies.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial roles within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Proven track record of managing distributors or indirect sales channels.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting commercial KPIs and business performance.
  • Intermediate level of English (B1).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently (20-30%).
  • Must be based in Rosario, Argentina.

  • Experience specifically within the beverage industry.
  • Knowledge of the Litoral market.
