Data Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain data transformation pipelines using DBT.
• Design and enhance analytical data models and data marts.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and resolve production incidents.
• Collaborate with Data Architects and Product teams to deliver new capabilities.
• Manage multilingual data models and complex transformation logic.
• Support production releases and participate in knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and commercial experience with DBT.
• Experience with Python and AWS services (Glue/PySpark, Lambda, Cloudformation/Terraform).
• Knowledge of modern data warehousing (ELT, dimensional modelling, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
• Understanding of Git and CI/CD processes.
• English: Intermediate (B1) or above required.

• Experience with BI and reporting tools.
• Background in Financial Services or Banking projects.
