What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of the Data service line.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and lead co-selling efforts with partners such as Databricks, AWS, Azure, and Snowflake.
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams to identify opportunities, lead pre-sales, and drive revenue growth.
• Define the technology and skills roadmap, incorporating emerging trends like data mesh, vector databases, and agentic AI.
• Oversee the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and delivery frameworks.
• Act as the primary internal and external ambassador for Data services, engaging with C-suite executives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading data, AI, or digital transformation practices within consulting or technology firms.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic account expansion.
• Deep understanding of enterprise data architectures: data mesh, cloud data lakes, feature stores, and DataOps.
• Experience with the AI adoption lifecycle, from data readiness to agentic AI.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
