Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal (up to 2 days/week work from home)

What you will do
- Collaborate with Product Managers to shape the overall portfolio and align the product vision with strategic objectives.
- Own and manage the Product Backlog, including the creation of functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Drive the Design Partner process, gathering feedback from selected customers to evolve product features.
- Guide Scrum Teams through Sprint goals, planning, and daily stand-ups to ensure efficient delivery.
- Define MVP scope and release timeboxes while monitoring delivery costs at project and release levels.
- Review and accept team deliverables through Sprint Demos and present results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a significant Product Owner role.
- Proven experience working across multiple Agile Scrum teams.
- Practical experience in running customer design partnership programs.
- Strong ability to collaborate globally and communicate complex concepts.
- Must be based in or be able to work in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Science.
