What you will do

• Design and deploy AI tools and agents to automate repeatable PMO tasks, cost estimation, and schedule baseline generation.
• Own the data layer, managing SAP connectivity and the infrastructure required for AI-assisted controls.
• Translate NPM framework requirements into digitized workflows and automated artifacts.
• Build AI literacy across the controls team and the wider Projects & Engineering organization.
• Run and scale structured pilots to transform AI experiments into repeatable institutional capabilities.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in capital project environments (manufacturing, chemicals, energy, or heavy industry).
• Strong working knowledge of capital project cost estimation, scheduling, and risk controls.
• Hands-on experience building digital tools or automations using Python, Power BI, or SAP integration.
• Practical experience with agentic AI or multi-step AI workflows.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical discipline.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP PS/PM, Microsoft Project Online, Cleopatra, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of data modelling and ontology for standardizing project data.
• Familiarity with AI applications in pre-project phases (FEL-1/FEL-2) and parametric estimating.
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or German.
