What you will do

• Prepare materials and analyses for the Compensation Committee and Board-level discussions.
• Conduct executive compensation benchmarking using SEC filings, proxy statements, and market data.
• Support the design and modeling of executive compensation programs and incentive structures.
• Develop compensation disclosures and regulatory reporting materials, including proxy statements.
• Perform analytical work, including back-testing and outlier analysis for strategic insights.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, and Investor Relations to support firmwide initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY, United States.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in executive compensation, consulting, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets to develop insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
