What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise cybersecurity architectures aligned with organizational strategy and risk posture.
• Define and implement security architecture frameworks, models, and standards (SABSA, TOGAF) across platforms.
• Lead the design of solutions following security-by-design and privacy-by-design principles.
• Conduct security architecture reviews and risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to integrate security controls into the system development lifecycle.
• Analyze emerging threats and technology trends to continuously evolve the security blueprint.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of IT professional experience, with at least 8 years in cybersecurity architecture roles.
• Expert knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SABSA, TOGAF).
• English: Minimum C1 level proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Level 7).
• Possession of at least four recognized certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, TOGAF, SABSA).

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or public sector environments.
