What you will do

• Support penetration testing activities under the guidance of senior professionals.
• Assist in the identification, validation, and documentation of security vulnerabilities.
• Participate in security assessments of web applications, APIs, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Research emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and modern attack techniques.
• Help prepare security assessment reports and remediation recommendations.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of security testing tools and scripts.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
• Readiness to work full-time (40 hours a week).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and web technologies.
• Basic knowledge of common security vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
• Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and command-line environments.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Participation in Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions or personal security labs.
• Familiarity with tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, or OWASP ZAP.
• Basic scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Contributions to open-source security projects.
