What you will do

• Develop comprehensive cybersecurity architectures and strategies for automotive systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability analysis to mitigate security risks.
• Define secure communication protocols, access control mechanisms, and encryption solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team on cybersecurity best practices.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on security standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in automotive cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive network protocols, ECU communication, and software architectures.
• Strong understanding of industry standards such as ISO 21434, SAE J3061, or ISO 27001.
• Certification in ISO 21434 Engineering is required.
• Must be willing to work in the office in Lodz, Poland.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications in automotive cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices in C and C++ for embedded systems.
• Knowledge of automotive-specific frameworks like AUTOSAR.
