Senior Integrated Digital Strategist (FMCG)

❗️We are looking for an experienced Digital Strategist to develop an integrated digital strategy for the relaunch of our client's product.

The goal is to build a full-funnel strategy that increases brand awareness, drives product trial, and supports measurable business growth.

Responsibilities:
Develop a full-funnel digital strategy (Awareness — Engagement — Conversion).
Define the role of key channels: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, E-commerce, etc.
Create content pillars and messaging for different audience segments.
Develop an influencer strategy, including creator selection and collaboration approach.
Propose conversion mechanics (digital sampling, landing page, retargeting).
Build campaign phases (Pre-launch, Launch, Sustaining).
Define KPI framework and reporting metrics.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Digital Strategy or Integrated Marketing.
Experience with FMCG or consumer brands.
Strong knowledge of social media, performance marketing, content, influencer marketing, and customer journeys.
Experience developing integrated launch strategies and pitch proposals.
Agency experience is preferred.
Experience in African or emerging markets is a plus.
