What you will do

• Lead PMO development, driving continuous improvement of processes, templates, and tooling across the PS portfolio.
• Design and evolve AI-assisted workflows to automate routine operational tasks and follow-ups.
• Maintain real-time portfolio health reporting using AI-augmented status, heatmaps, and risk reporting.
• Manage global resource allocation and capacity planning across APAC, EMEA, and USCA regions via Kantata.
• Oversee automated monitoring of timesheet and system compliance across the global team.
• Develop operational dashboards and KPIs for senior leadership to provide visibility into financial performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services operations, PMO, or service delivery operations.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI productivity tools and workflow automation (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, Power Automate).
• Experience with PSA platforms (Kantata preferred) and Microsoft 365.
• Proven track record in portfolio status reporting and governance support across multiple geographies.
• Ability to manage junior team members and influence senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in Nicosia, Cyprus

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Tempo, Confluence, and Salesforce.
