What you will do

• Define the product vision based on market research and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, UX designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
• Evaluate product performance using data-driven insights and refine the product roadmap.
• Communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese (Bilingual).
• Proven experience as a Scrum Product Owner.
• Strong expertise in product planning, roadmapping, and strategy.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable development tasks.
