What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for AI conversational products, including pre-sales chatbots, CS chatbots, and Voice AI.
• Define requirements, write PRDs, and drive sprint-ready user stories in collaboration with engineering and QA teams.
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure AI quality, response accuracy, and personalization.
• Partner with business unit stakeholders to align on requirements and manage expectations.
• Drive productization by transforming one-off implementations into reusable and scalable platform components.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to quarterly OKR reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in AI/ML, strategy products, or data-driven consumer tech.
• Engineering or technical background (Computer Science or related field).
• Hands-on experience with SQL or Python for querying datasets and interpreting model outputs.
• Practical understanding of LLM pipelines, RAG systems, or conversational AI architectures.
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or above is required for daily communication.
• Must be based in Tokyo or willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering, evaluation pipeline design, or multi-agent architectures.
• Background in product analytics or growth strategy.
• Prior experience working in a Japanese tech company or with Japanese stakeholders.
