What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including order recording and contract review.
• Execute invoicing and ensure smooth financial operations in collaboration with sales teams.
• Set up and administer customer access to backend systems for all company products.
• Maintain and continuously improve customer master data quality.
• Handle operational inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
• Support internal teams with process-related queries to ensure efficient product activation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid)
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in customer operations, invoicing, or similar environments.
• Degree or vocational training in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in both German and English is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with billing systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
