Consultant / Senior Consultant Financial Services

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with a minimum expectation of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Support business transformation and change initiatives across financial services operations.
• Coordinate stakeholders, project milestones, actions, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Gather and maintain business requirements, process maps, project documentation, reports, and management information.
• Support operational reviews, process improvement, workflow optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business and technology teams.
• Support user adoption, training, change management, and automation or AI-enabled solutions where applicable.

Requirements

• Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, consulting, or another regulated environment.
• Experience with project coordination, business change, transformation, operations, or process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse processes, identify operational efficiency opportunities, and manage competing priorities.
• Experience producing reports, presentations, project documentation, and process maps.
• A valid UK working permit is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of investment banking, capital markets, or financial services operations.
• Experience with change management, user adoption, automation, AI tools, or workflow optimisation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and Power BI.
