Salary: Poland: PLN 23,200 - 27,300 / Lithuania: €5,500 - €6,500 gross monthly

What you will do

• Lead analytics for credit and lending features to drive company growth and customer value.
• Improve existing algorithms and build new Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Deliver data-driven solutions to enhance overall product performance.
• Research and develop PoCs into scalable, production-ready data products.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to solve complex data problems.

Requirements

• Experience building and leading a data science team within a scaling organization.
• Deep expertise in developing credit models.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject (Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and production frameworks.
• Strong understanding of probability and statistics fundamentals.
• Must be based in Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Spain.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience with Java, Scala, or C++.
• Familiarity with anti-fraud functions.
• Background working at a large-scale global tech company.
• Participation in university Olympiad competitions (physics, math, economics, or programming).
