Location: Global remote opportunities available, with specific compensation details for Poland. Other locations' compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

Salary: PLN19,800–PLN28,300 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do

• Build models for the full Retail Credit lifecycle.
• Improve existing algorithms and develop new Proofs of Concept.
• Deliver real impact to the product through rigorous data-driven solutions.
• Research and transform Proofs of Concept into data products.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and data scientists to solve complex data problems.

Requirements

• Experience in a data science team within a credit institution.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in STEM (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering).
• Excellent knowledge of data science tools, including Python coding, SQL, and production tools.
• Deep understanding of probability and statistics fundamentals.
• A big-picture mindset to diagnose problems and discover solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with Product Owners and business heads.
