What you will do

• Research, design, and implement recommendation systems to personalize customer experience touchpoints.
• Develop and deploy customer-facing ML models into large-scale production systems with low latency.
• Provide ML thought leadership and define the science roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver machine-backed solutions.
• Author statistically rigorous documents to share research results with the scientific community.

Requirements

• Experience with patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or related programming languages.
• Strong expertise in algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, and data mining.
• Proven experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• Ability to work hands-on in the London office.
