What you will do

• Define and own the organization-wide technical vision and architectural standards for ML engineering.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of flagship, business-critical ML programs across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Drive the strategic adoption of new technologies and platforms to evolve the engineering craft.
• Coach and mentor senior engineering talent, including leads and managers, to embed a culture of technical rigor.
• Act as the principal technical voice in C-suite and executive client engagements to shape AI strategy.
• Lead architectural authority for significant sales and pre-sales opportunities to win high-value engagements.

Requirements

• Recognized authority in ML engineering with a proven track record of solving the hardest technical problems.
• Mastery of Python and experience operationalizing production-grade ML systems at scale.
• Expertise across multiple major Cloud Solution Providers and full-stack AI platform architecture.
• Deep expertise in containerization, orchestration, and MLOps at scale.
• Proven track record of developing senior engineering talent and shaping high-performance cultures.
• Visible external profile through publications, conference contributions, or open-source leadership.
