What you will do

• Productionise machine learning systems for outfit discovery, pricing, and customer targeting.
• Build and improve causal algorithms and deploy batch and online models at high scale.
• Work with scientists and cross-functional teammates on solutions serving hundreds of millions of customers and products.
• Develop code, technology, data pipelines, and new ML features with strong engineering practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical direction, ML standards, and engineering quality.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience applying machine learning in production.
• Experience with deep learning and distributed computing frameworks for large-scale models.
• Experience or strong interest in training models across multiple GPUs using distributed or parallel approaches.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, data pipelines, CI/CD, containerisation, observability, and MLOps tooling.
• Ability to provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across engineering initiatives.
