Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Deep Learning)

What you will do

• Productionize machine learning systems for the Outfits Discovery team to improve outfit discovery and shopping experiences.
• Implement and deploy at-scale solutions for millions of customers and products, driving measurable business impact.
• Deploy batch and online machine learning models at high scale.
• Develop and improve causal algorithms for the pricing and customer targeting space.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to support their technical progress.
• Contribute to the team's technical direction and establish ML standards across the hirify.global ML community.

Requirements

• Experience applying machine learning in production settings with exposure to deep learning techniques.
• Experience working with deep learning and distributed computing frameworks to support large-scale models.
• Familiarity with training models across multiple GPUs using distributed or parallel approaches.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, including data pipelines, CI/CD, containerization, and observability.
• Experience or interest in MLOps tooling.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
