What you will do

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of Video Data Contributors and Quality Auditors.
• Oversee a physical hirify.global Lab and manage team members using multi-camera wearable setups.
• Partner with Recruiting and People Ops to drive high-volume participant acquisition and onboarding.
• Audit footage for usability and continuously update training materials to improve data quality.
• Manage tiered compensation structures and payroll processing via Deel.
• Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Operations Management, specifically leading distributed or gig workforces.
• Technical proficiency in managing and troubleshooting multi-camera hardware.
• Experience managing global operations across different cultural and logistical markets.
• Analytical mindset to identify failures in recruitment or training through data analysis.
• Must be based in Mexico City to operationalize the local office.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI Data Labeling or Computer Vision data collection.
• Knowledge of hardware logistics (inventory and shipping).
• Background in BPO Management or Marketplace Operations (e.g., Uber, DoorDash).
