TL;DR
Lead DevOps Engineer (Cloud/Kubernetes): Managing and scaling a complex distributed infrastructure involving cloud platforms and 400+ VMs with an accent on automation and CI/CD optimization. Location: Remote (Must be based in Poland)
Salary: 15,600 - 22,000 PLN gross (Employment) / up to 26,400 PLN net (B2B)

What you will do
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support and streamline software releases.
- Design and implement automated infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
- Maintain and optimize a complex distributed environment consisting of Cloud platforms and 400+ VMs.
- Monitor system health and resolve performance issues using Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Collaborate with development teams to proactively optimize the Software Development Life Cycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SysOps, or Linux Administration within complex infrastructures.
- Proficiency in Rocky Linux and working with Docker.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, and practical experience with FluxCD.
- Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible and Terraform, and GitLab CI for deployments.
- 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as DigitalOcean, AWS, and/or GCP.
- Polish: C1 level required.
- English: B2 level required.
Nice to have
- Experience with ELK stack, Clickhouse, BigQuery, or Rundeck.
- Knowledge of data orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Airbyte.
- Familiarity with PCI-compliant infrastructures and system security standards.

Hiring process
