Lead DevOps Engineer (Cloud)

Salary: 15,600 - 22,000 PLN gross (Employment) / up to 26,400 PLN net (B2B)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support and streamline software releases.
• Design and implement automated infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
• Maintain and optimize a complex distributed environment consisting of Cloud platforms and 400+ VMs.
• Monitor system health and resolve performance issues using Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Collaborate with development teams to proactively optimize the Software Development Life Cycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SysOps, or Linux Administration within complex infrastructures.
• Proficiency in Rocky Linux and working with Docker.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, and practical experience with FluxCD.
• Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible and Terraform, and GitLab CI for deployments.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as DigitalOcean, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Polish: C1 level required.
• English: B2 level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ELK stack, Clickhouse, BigQuery, or Rundeck.
• Knowledge of data orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Airbyte.
• Familiarity with PCI-compliant infrastructures and system security standards.
