What you will do

• Lead the development of technical areas including deployment, monitoring, databases, and load balancing within existing infrastructure.
• Coordinate project teams of 3-4 people and align with other internal units to ensure project success.
• Ensure the reliability and scalability of the distributed systems and solutions built.
• Implement key system elements and conduct high-quality code reviews.
• Critically analyze system performance to detect and remove production bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Excellent understanding of complex IT systems from hardware and software up to algorithms.
• Experience leading the design and implementation of complex technical solutions.
• Proven experience in leading project teams.
• Strong knowledge of concurrent programming and distributed systems.
• English: C1 level required
• Polish: C1 level required
