What you will do

• Provide production support, monitor queues, and resolve tickets according to SLAs.
• Analyze, debug, and troubleshoot Java and Oracle PL/SQL applications to provide timely fixes and patches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure effective software resolutions.
• Guide development teams on the design, development, and deployment of critical systems.
• Maintain a global document repository and support cross-cultural teams.
• Perform on-call production support as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree (or 6 years with an advanced degree).
• Strong proficiency in Java 11, Spring Boot, JPA, and RESTful services.
• Expertise in debugging Oracle PL/SQL and writing advanced queries.
• Experience with tools such as Maven, Ant, Git, Bitbucket, and Jira.
• Must be able to work fully onsite in Reno, Nevada.
