Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility Manager (ESG): Delivering Avaloq's sustainability programme through charity partnerships, employee engagement, sustainability data management, and reporting with an accent on ESG commitments and evolving disclosure requirements. Focus on validating sustainability metrics, maintaining audit evidence, preparing executive communications, and monitoring regulatory and reporting standards.
Location: Edinburgh, United Kingdom; hybrid and flexible working.

What you will do
- Deliver 's sustainability programme and support environmental, social, and governance commitments.
- Manage charity partnerships and drive employee volunteering and engagement across global locations.
- Promote sustainability and responsible business practices through internal communications, campaigns, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate the collection, validation, analysis, and tracking of sustainability data against targets and commitments.
- Maintain records, evidence, and documentation for sustainability reporting, assurance, and audit requirements.
- Prepare sustainability reports, disclosures, client responses, management briefings, and other sustainability communications while monitoring regulatory developments.
Requirements
- Experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, or the non-profit sector.
- Strong understanding of strategic charity partnerships and responsible business practices.
- Experience planning events, engaging employees, and managing volunteers across multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including presenting information and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience collecting, analysing, and reporting data with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a proactive, creative, and continuous-improvement mindset.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting.
- Knowledge of sustainability metrics and governance.
- Familiarity with the Global Reporting Initiative and the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
