hirify.global is developing custom chips and systems for high-speed AI inference, including software for running large models at scale and long context lengths.

What you will do

• Design and develop developer-experience tools for customers using the hirify.global inference accelerator.
• Identify opportunities to improve inference performance and present information about system usage.
• Create tooling that helps LLM engineers optimise workloads with minimal disruption to existing workflows.
• Work across teams to understand hardware development and translate customer needs into practical tools.
• Deliver functional, accessible tools with a shallow learning curve.

Requirements

• Experience with inference frameworks such as JAX or PyTorch.
• Software development experience in Python, Rust, C/C++, or a similar language.
• Experience monitoring and optimising code written in CUDA, ROCm, OpenCL, or similar technologies.
• Experience monitoring and optimising LLM deployments with 50+ billion parameters.
• Experience working with stakeholders across multiple teams.
