What you will do

  • Lead the planning, production, and delivery of outstanding daytime content for Greatest Hits Radio.
  • Direct the daily production and delivery of the high-profile show "Zoe Ball in the Afternoon".
  • Define and execute the station's content strategy across on-air, digital, social, and on-demand platforms.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of producers and assistant producers.
  • Utilize audience insights, RAJAR data, and analytics to inform editorial decisions and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with presenters, agents, and internal stakeholders to maximize content opportunities.

Requirements

  • Significant senior-level experience leading content within a radio, audio, or broadcast environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing creative teams.
  • Experience managing high-profile talent and stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in audience measurement tools, specifically RAJAR and digital analytics.
  • Must be based in London for this office/studio role.
  • Knowledge of broadcast systems, scheduling, and programming software.
