What you will do

• Lead the production of the weekday breakfast show, setting the daily agenda and delivering the programme brief.
• Find and craft creative stories and brief guests to engage local listeners.
• Produce high-quality content for radio, as well as digital assets including photos and videos for social media and hirify.global Sounds.
• Lead the production team to develop innovative storytelling treatments and creative approaches.
• Utilize studio technology for professional on-air programme production.

Requirements

• Significant recent experience as a content producer, specifically in programme set-up and production techniques.
• Sound editorial judgement aligned with hirify.global’s news agenda and editorial guidelines.
• Proficiency in using on-air studio technology for programme production.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with presenters and production teams.
