What you will do

• Develop innovative products as part of a client-facing engineering team.
• Design and implement scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant backend architectures.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services, specifically for SaaS platforms.
• Manage modern infrastructure using Docker, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Apply robust testing strategies, including TDD, with a focus on performance optimization.
• Integrate AI tools into the development workflow to enhance engineering impact.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience with Go as the primary language.
• Proficiency in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with distributed systems and modern deployment practices.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes and containerization.
• Expertise in TDD and full system lifecycle testing.
• Must be based in or able to work from London 1-2 days a week.
