is building a quality layer for AI-powered audits to help audit firms use AI with greater trust, consistency, and professional oversight.
What you will do
- Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of products within the AI audit toolbox.
- Conduct weekly customer interviews to uncover pain points and validate solutions.
- Rapidly prototype ideas using AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and v0 to test hypotheses.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design throughout the build cycle.
- Determine product decisions by analyzing the real-world capabilities and limits of AI.
- Bring structure to the problem space through clear writing and detailed PRDs.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a product role.
- Proven track record of shipping B2B SaaS products that real customers pay for.
- Must be based in Berlin for on-site work.
- AI-native workflow: daily use of LLMs, agents, and AI tooling with strong intuition for their limits.
- Experience shipping at least one AI-powered feature, including knowledge of evals, latency, and hallucinations.
- Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, high-ambiguity early-stage startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience founding a company or shipping a significant AI side project.
- Technical ability to read code, run small scripts, or fine-tune prompts.
- Domain experience in audit, compliance, legal, or document-heavy professional services.
