What you will do

  • Manage team productivity and ensure a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Provide guidance, assistance, and reference materials to employees to perform jobs efficiently.
  • Handle performance reports and implement corrective disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Conduct coaching and mentoring for individual and team development.
  • Coordinate with various departments and lead monthly team-building activities.
  • Interview and hire new agents to maintain team capacity.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Team Lead role.
  • Education or training in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be based in Cebu, Philippines.
