What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives to meet individual and collective revenue targets.
- Execute strategic outreach plans to acquire new clients across rightsholders, brands, agencies, and media owners.
- Manage complex sales cycles involving subscription-based data tools, custom research, and consumer insights.
- Translate complex data into evidence-based narratives for senior marketers and sponsorship leaders.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and activity tracking using Salesforce and PowerBI.
- Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or data-driven SaaS sales, ideally in the sport/sponsorship industry.
- Proven track record of selling subscription-based or syndicated data products.
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM and revenue enablement tools.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be located in or able to work from London, UK.
