What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team to deliver high-quality marketing solutions.
  • Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical requirements for Adobe platforms.
  • Configure and implement customized business rules, automations, and new features within Adobe environments.
  • Establish rigorous testing protocols and oversee UAT to ensure implementation reliability.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize existing marketing technology platforms.
  • Manage data audiences and segments using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in application consulting, marketing technology, or CRM.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical delivery teams.
  • Subject matter expertise in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, or Braze.
  • Strong understanding of campaign execution processes, lifecycle communications, and segmentation.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Relevant platform certifications such as AJO or Adobe Campaign certification.
  • Passion for staying abreast of the latest AI developments in marketing technology.
