What you will do

• Conduct counterparty origination, onboarding, and long-term relationship management.
• Facilitate trade execution, bookings, allocations, and confirmations for ETF, equity, and fixed income products.
• Gather and disseminate relevant market color to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain marketing materials, internal/external reports, and data analytics.
• Utilize CRM and OMS/EMS applications to manage the institutional sales business.
• Liaise with Risk, Middle Office, and Onboarding teams to ensure timely trade settlement.

Requirements

• Must be based in or work from the Amsterdam office.
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, or Danish).
• 2-6 years of experience in financial markets.
• University degree in Finance or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and developing external client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python and SQL.
• Experience using AI assistant platforms.
