What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end HR administrative services for Poland, including contract amendments, income certificates, and statutory statements.
• Manage social security and tax-related registrations and documentation using Platnik and ePUE platforms.
• Handle regulatory reporting for local authorities (PFRON, GUS) and manage the process of garnishments.
• Ensure full compliance with Polish labor law, social security regulations, and documentation retention requirements.
• Act as a Tier 2 subject matter expert for employees' questions related to HR administrative topics in Poland.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and update SOPs.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Polish HR Operations, Payroll support, or statutory administration.
• Deep knowledge of Polish labor law, social security, and tax reporting obligations.
• Hands-on experience with Platnik system and ePUE platform.
• Fluent Polish language proficiency (mandatory).
• Ability to manage physical HR documentation on-site in Wroclaw.

Nice to have

• Experience working with global payroll providers such as ADP.
• Hands-on experience with the Workday system.
