What you will do
- Provide first-level support for employees and line managers regarding HR inquiries.
- Perform transactional processing and respond to inquiries via the Inquiry System.
- Maintain HRIS database accuracy by inputting employee data and documenting activities.
- Generate basic reports and performance measurements for HR processes.
- Review and verify the accuracy of employee records and documents.
- Collaborate on HR process optimizations and various coordination tasks.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations and administrative support.
- Completed commercial training.
- Very good proficiency in Dutch and English languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong IT affinity.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
