What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll for EMEA locations, with primary responsibility for the Polish jurisdiction.
• Ensure strict adherence to local tax regulations, employment laws, and statutory requirements.
• Review and validate payroll data, including earnings and deductions, to resolve discrepancies before processing.
• Collaborate with the People (HR) team to align payroll with organizational changes and maintain accurate records.
• Handle employee queries regarding payroll, taxes, and deductions professionally.
• Monitor legislative changes across EMEA markets and implement necessary policy updates.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• In-depth knowledge of Polish payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel and experience using payroll systems and HR platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail for error identification.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a complex, multi-jurisdiction environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.
