What you will do

• Lead infrastructure solution architecture for enterprise customers, primarily within the banking, insurance, and financial services sectors.
• Design Hybrid Cloud solutions that integrate on-premises infrastructure with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Conduct customer workshops to define business and technical requirements.
• Develop High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), migration plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to final implementation.
• Evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend modernization strategies for highly available and secure platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• At least 5 years of experience specifically in Solution or Infrastructure Architecture.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects for enterprise customers.
• Strong customer-facing consulting, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Expertise in x86 servers, VMware vSphere, and Enterprise Storage solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience serving Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) customers.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
• Infrastructure certifications including VMware VCP/VCAP, Red Hat RHCE, or IBM Professional Certifications.
• Professional certifications in TOGAF, ITIL Foundation, or PMP.
