Compensation: €2,700–€4,100 gross monthly (Lithuania); PLN 10,300–PLN 14,900 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do
- Act as the primary escalation point for suspicious activity cases.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) per local regulations.
- Manage regulatory inquiries and collaborate with the MLRO on significant cases.
- Monitor and detect emerging patterns of suspicious activity.
- Resolve escalated cases within expected timeframes.
- Participate in process improvement projects and training initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German required
- Experience as a compliance or FinCrime officer in a major financial institution.
- Deep knowledge of AML and sanctions regulations.
- Ability to analyze complex information and drive resolutions.
- Experience using internal and external databases for investigations.
- Understanding of payment systems and mobile application markets.
