What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for business customers, owning high-complexity escalations across service concerns, risk holds, and engineering failures.
• Identify and mitigate high-risk transactions and manage the full lifecycle of risk reviews and disbursement failures.
• Analyze recurring trends and systemic risks to provide data-driven recommendations for improving partner processing.
• Guide business customers and charities through the KYB onboarding process and transaction completion.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to resolve multi-stakeholder client issues.
• Operate with a root-cause analysis mindset to prevent the recurrence of systemic issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience supporting businesses or high-value customers.
• Deep expertise in customer success, disbursements, and financial risk management.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate high-pressure scenarios.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Must be willing to work on-site and amenable to shifting schedules.

• Knowledge of the financial services or payments industry.
