Business Concierge Associate (Fintech)

Location: Mandaluyong City, Manila, Philippines; on-site work required. Shifting schedules and the ability to work under pressure are required.

What you will do

• Own complex business-customer escalations across customer service, partner disruptions, risk holds, engineering failures, and reconciliation disputes.
• Manage risk reviews, disbursement failures, declined and stale transactions, and post-completion issues.
• Guide businesses and charitable institutions through KYB onboarding and transaction completion.
• Provide proactive transaction updates and communicate clearly during high-risk or systemically compromised account situations.
• Analyze recurring partner and corridor trends, recommend process improvements, and participate in experiments and pilots.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, account management, compliance, disputes, complaints, and senior leadership teams to resolve root causes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience supporting businesses or high-value customers is strongly preferred.
• Experience in customer success, disbursements, and financial risk management.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to manage complex, high-pressure situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical and risk-related matters clearly.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to work on-site and on shifting schedules is required.
