What you will do

• Manage capture activities throughout the federal acquisition lifecycle for assigned opportunities.
• Conduct customer research, opportunity analysis, and competitive intelligence to support positioning.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and proposal teams to develop winning strategies.
• Coordinate internal gate reviews and maintain capture artifacts and action items.
• Support teaming strategies, subcontractor engagement, and customer outreach.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records and pipeline updates in Salesforce and GovWin.

Requirements

• Must reside within the continental US
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in federal capture, business development, or proposal management.
• Working knowledge of federal acquisition lifecycles, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions.
• Familiarity with capture gate reviews and color team review processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other federal healthcare agencies.
• Exposure to federal health IT domains like cloud modernization, data analytics, or AI.
• Experience with VA contract vehicles such as T4NG, T4NG2, or VECTOR.
• Shipley or APMP certification.
