What you will do

• Run and monitor Engineering project budgets by tracking labor and material requisitions, ensuring materials are delivered/invoiced, and updating budgets accordingly.
• Enter financial data into project budgets and lead projections and purchase/NRE/capital reconciliations and related reports.
• Prepare aggregate and periodic management financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to keep finance operations running smoothly and communicate financial updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to special ad hoc projects and other finance-related initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills, including effective communication with cross-functional teams about financial updates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, filtering; scripting is a plus).
• Ability to work extended hours when needed and work night shift (Pacific Standard Time) during certain months.
• Local candidates only; no relocation and no visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle 11i or other ERP systems.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Access, Power Query, and Power Automate (automation tools preferred).
