The role
This is a proactive ownership role responsible for driving multiple parallel workstreams to delivery. The Project Manager owns the planning, coordination and end-to-end execution of content, product materials and tender/proposal responses, working across specialists, internal stakeholders and external partners.
Managing numerous concurrent project chains — each involving different contributors, dependencies and deadlines — the role prevents stalls by actively driving workflows forward. Success depends on leading the process end to end rather than waiting for tasks to arrive: initiating progress, tracking status, unblocking dependencies and holding every stream to its timeline. As the role develops, the exact mix of workstreams is expected to grow and shift with the needs of the business.
Areas of responsibility
The areas below are owned end to end — from planning and creation through review, approvals and final delivery — and represent the core focus of the role rather than a closed list. Additional related responsibilities may be added over time.
Project management & coordination
• Workstream ownership. Planning, scheduling and driving multiple concurrent projects across content, product and proposals, keeping each on track to its deadline.
• Stakeholder coordination. Aligning internal teams (product, sales, marketing, design) and external partners around scope, priorities and delivery dates.
• Process & tracking. Maintaining clear status visibility, managing dependencies and risks, and proactively unblocking stalled tasks.
• Prioritization. Balancing competing demands and shifting priorities to deliver the highest-impact work on time.
• Cross-functional projects. Leading additional initiatives as they arise, including one-off and ad-hoc projects that span teams.
