What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers to foster innovation and professional growth.
• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with marketing and business objectives.
• Oversee the creation of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, and infographics.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Implement best practices for design workflows, asset management, and creative processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to develop visually engaging campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and UX/UI principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead creative teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
