A growing property marketing agency expanding its digital marketing capabilities through an innovative EDM program.

What you will do

• Create and customize EDM designs using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage client communication and brief intake processes via email.
• Transform client requirements into compelling designs using established templates.
• Coordinate approval workflows directly with clients.
• Package designs and coordinate handoffs to the development team via Trello.
• Maintain brand consistency and typography standards across all deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proven experience with EDM/email marketing design and best practices.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency.
• Excellent written communication skills for direct client interaction.
• Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM AEST.

Nice to have

• Experience with Trello or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with Slack for team communication.
• Experience working with development teams on HTML email conversion.
