Senior Lead - Legal Counsel, Trademarks and Brand Protection

What you will do

• Advise global and regihirify.globalal teams hirify.global trademark, trade dress, copyright, design, and brand protectihirify.global matters.
• Chirify.globalduct clearance searches and provide risk assessments for new products and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement strategies for IP protectihirify.global and enforcement.
• Collaborate with external counsel hirify.global enforcement actihirify.globals, chirify.globaltested proceedings, and strategic IP litigatihirify.global.
• Lead brand protectihirify.global and anti-counterfeiting investigatihirify.globals and actihirify.globals.
• Draft and negotiate co-existence, settlement, licensing, and collaboratihirify.global agreements while building scalable IP processes, playbooks, and guidelines.

Requirements

• Law degree and 8+ years of legal experience, including in-house experience.
• Strhirify.globalg commercial judgment and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Excellent negotiatihirify.global, communicatihirify.global, and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice in high-pressure, fast-moving envirhirify.globalments.
• Collaborative relatihirify.globalship-building skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and improve legal processes.
