Customer Service Representative

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Polanco, Mexico City. The role requires 25% travel to the Converting Factory in Queretaro and customer sites.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end order administration and design handling for an assigned customer portfolio.
• Coordinate with planning and logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery and address customer requests.
• Administer claims for packaging and additional materials while forecasting demand based on sales pipelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain service levels using World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer operational teams to document and act on feedback.
• Prepare visual and graphic presentations to report on performance and inventory levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar customer service or supply chain role.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Advanced Excel skills including macros, pivot tables, and complex logic functions.
• Strong operational knowledge of SAP.
• Must be based in Polanco, Mexico City; no visa sponsorship or relocation provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Prior experience working within a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) environment.
