TL;DR

What you will do

  • Act as the primary technical contact for users, resolving issues via phone, email, and web support.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced software, networking, and configuration problems.
  • Collaborate with global teams, developers, and product managers to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Reproduce reported problems in test environments, including network topologies and application configurations.
  • Document solutions, contribute to internal knowledge bases, and share expertise with the community.
  • Manage support cases with timely updates and clear communication.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical support experience in SaaS, enterprise, or global environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, enterprise databases (SQL Server, Oracle), and networking protocols (HTTP/S, TLS/SSL, DNS).
  • Ability to interpret application, system, and network logs to identify root causes.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts, including virtual machines and security groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience administering engineering information or document management systems.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like .NET or C++.
  • Experience with iModels and CAD file synchronization workflows.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies.
