TL;DR

Customer Support Specialist (Cloud/CDN): Providing first-line technical support for cloud, CDN, and hosting infrastructure with an accent on diagnosing incidents and resolving customer requests. Focus on maintaining high service standards through effective communication and technical troubleshooting of network and hardware issues.

Location: Poland (Remote, hybrid, or office options available)

What you will do

  • Handle first-line support requests via chat, email, and phone.
  • Provide consultations on cloud, CDN, hosting, and AI products.
  • Perform technical diagnostics on customer incidents.
  • Collect and document incident information for higher-level support teams.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple support tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of technical support experience.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute).
  • Understanding of hardware and software diagnostics including log analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a 2/2 day shift schedule (7:00am to 19:00pm).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Cloud, CDN, or Hosting services.
  • Experience with Linux and API.
